FRANKLIN, Tenn., May 3, 2023 – PopHealthCare, a GuideWell company that offers a fully integrated approach to care delivery, risk adjustment, and quality enhancements, today announced Jill Langenfeld has joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As the new strategic leader of clinical and corporate operations, Jill will work closely with Eric Galvin, PopHealthCare’s chief executive officer, to accelerate the company’s growth and continue to build a world-class organization that delivers excellent customer service and exceptional primary care to patients regardless of social or geographic barriers.

Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Langenfeld spent the last 15 years of her career building scalable health plan and clinical operations, value-based care models, commercial and government-based health care. During this time, she held operational leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Optum, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for Optum Care Network Midwest Risk Bearing Entity.

Langenfeld holds a Master’s in health care administration and management from Colorado State Global and a Bachelor of Science in organizational communication from Bellevue University.
