PopHealthCare Partners with AAHCM in Support of Home Care Providers
Healthcare organization emphasizes support for providers serving some of the country’s most vulnerable
Franklin, Tenn., Nov. 05, 2020 – PopHealthCare, a leader in advanced in-home primary care and risk adjustment services, announced today it has joined the Industry Relations Council (IRC) of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM). PopHealthCare will make its suite of services available to AAHCM members, including physician-led, modern day house call programs, in home assessments, and risk adjustment services for vulnerable individuals with complex medical needs.
As a member of the IRC, PopHealthCare joins a forum for exchanging ideas and insights and for enhancing patient care benefits available to the AAHCM’s nearly 1,000 home care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, administrators, and other aligned professionals.
