Chief Administrative Officer
Nick Snoply is the Chief Administrative Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health. An energetic leader with extensive experience in human capital management, he is responsible for leading human resources, growth and strategy initiatives, and enterprise development with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Prior to joining PopHealthCare, Snoply spent more than 15 years in executive leadership roles focused on organizational design and effectiveness and strategic planning. Most recently, he served as Chief Administrative Officer for the American Health Network at Optum.
Snoply is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in journalism. He also completed executive education at Columbia Business School and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
Nick lives in Indiana with his wife, two great kids and his dogs, Teddy and Maple. On any given weekend, you will find him with his family just about anywhere in the country for tournaments as both his children play travel soccer.
