Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Jill Langenfeld is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health, responsible for leading the operational strategy and delivery of our heath care solutions. Passionate about making health care easier for everyone, she has a relentless focus on quality.
She brings over 15 years of expertise in building scalable health plan and clinical operations, value-based care models, Commercial and Government based health care. Prior to joining our team, Jill held operational leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Optum. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Operations for Optum Care Network Midwest Risk Bearing Entity.
Jill earned a Master’s in health care administration from Colorado State Global and a Bachelor of Science in organizational communication from Bellevue University. A lifelong learner, Jill recently completed a program from Wharton Executive Education.
Jill and her husband of 19 years live in Nebraska with their six children. She describes the perfect end to a busy weekend as an extended family dinner, s’mores over the campfire and a competitive game of pitch.
