Chief Financial Officer
Dave Lombardi serves as the Chief Financial Officer of PopHealthCare and Emcara Health with overall responsibility for financial functions including Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analytics. He brings decades of experience working with private equity-owned and publicly traded organizations building scalable and profitable businesses.
Prior to joining PopHealthCare and Emcara Health, Dave led the financial planning and analysis group overseeing Cotiviti Inc.’s Risk Adjustment and Analytics business units. Dave’s experience also includes working at HMS Holdings, a publicly traded healthcare tech company, where he led finance for their Population Management business, supporting M&A activity as well as cost reduction and revenue growth initiatives. His work supported the successful acquisition of HMS by Veritas Capital in 2021. Dave began his career in accounting with a London-based private hire car provider that was acquired by Addison Lee.
Dave lives in the Greater Boston area with his wife and two children. Outside of work you can find him rooting for the Bruins, Celtics and Patriots, reading about history, and playing video games with his son.
